Just recently approved for membership by the
Association, charm collar dog are a new breed that boasts a sweet
disposition and helpful demeanor. Touted as the best companion you’ll ever
have, charm collar dog have been officially recognized and now stand
poised to become one of the hottest breeds to own this year.
When asked to describe his dogs, head-breeder at Charm Collar Dog Ranch
Don White says, “I wanted a dog that would be a member of the family: not
too fierce, but protective; not too hyper, but energetic; not too
stubborn, but still intelligent. It was a real challenge, and it’s taken
over 25 years just to get this far, but I feel the charm collar dog is the
sweetest, most helpful dog available today.”
So far the breed is only available from White’s Charm Collar Dog Ranch,
and for the time being, he plans to keep it that way to prevent his dogs
from becoming inbreed: “There’s a lot of unscrupulous breeders and
trainers out there, and if keeping my pups from genetic disease and
undesirable traits means I gotta be the only one who raises them for a
while longer, that’s fine by me.”
Their approval by the Association means the charm collar dog can be
entered and shown at any of the upcoming competitions this year. The dog
is expected to make quite a show at this year’s annual competition: in its
first year of entry, the breed has ten champions competing this year. The
judges and spectators alike will be thrilled to meet these spunky mid-size
dogs, and many people are betting on their calm demeanor and incredible
intelligence to sweep this year’s awards ceremony.
